Presently, I do not accept insurance , however flexible spending accounts (FSA)  and health savings accounts (HSA) with credit/debit cards can be used for payment.

The RevDoc app allows scheduling and messaging

Completing medication list information and past medical history prior to appointment is highly encouraged

​

Consultations are typically 30-60 minutes and follow up appointments or urgent care appointments are generally 15-30 minutes
